Harbour House

Harbour House, located on A1A in Indian Harbour Beach is a renovation to and existing office building. The client wanted to create a boutique event space with a residential feel in tune with its coastal surroundings. The building was given a Key West flair with the use of color, Bahamas shutters and new covered entry pavilion. Wood accents inside combined with the freshness of white painted architectural trim gives the interiors and elegant, timeless look. A patio and 2nd floor balcony was added to the ocean side expanding the building envelope and bridging the gap to the beach.
