Located on the edge of the sand dunes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, these four coastal modern residences feature 3 guest bedrooms and a cantilevered Owner’s Suite. The design was inspired by coastal modern vibes of South Florida, with a material pallet that includes smooth stucco, standing seam metal roof, wood paneling, and stacked stone. As you enter the residence, your eye is drawn towards the back of the house which features an uninterrupted view of the ocean beyond. The main living space features an open concept between the kitchen, stairs, dining room and living room. Separating the cocktail pool and outdoor living area from the living room is a 16’ pocketing slider that pulls the exterior inside. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the second floor, and they each have their own en suite bathroom. The Owner’s Suite overlooks the ocean, with a large sliding door opening onto a private balcony. The Owner’s shower and bathroom have floor to ceiling windows allowing for uninterrupted views of the morning sunrise. The two other 2nd floor bedrooms are located on the front of the residence and are designed to accommodate a king size bed.
