Cypress Trust

The Cypress Trust project was a renovation of an existing building which once operated as an iconic meat market in Melbourne, FL.  The exterior of the building is a face lift of the existing structure and was inspired by the architecture of Downtown West Palm Beach. The exterior architecture features warm colors, details around the window/doors and bronze windows. The interior architecture and design were developed in collaboration with Suzanne Guyton, the Interior Designer. The space was laid out as an open concept design with offices surrounding a center sitting and open office area. As one enters the building, you first encounter a wood feature wall. This wall provides a separation between the lobby area and conference room. Through lighting and ceiling details, customers are directed toward the service counter and offices. The space features expansive glass walls, warm wood accents, and detailed millwork.
