Multi-family

Designing for multi-family facilities brings together many of the skills and experience we use across our portfolio. On one hand, we need to design spaces that are satisfying to live in. On the other hand, we need to pay close attention to more functional needs like regulatory issues and the way people move around a larger space or campus both indoors and out.
