Our team provides seamless project development from programming through construction administration. We have experience in new construction and renovation projects including commercial buildings, medical offices, educational facilities, community centers, other institutional buildings, historic renovations, and multi-family and single-family residences. Our projects range in scale from small renovations and tenant fit outs to several large building plans, most recently a 60,000 square foot Health Sciences laboratory building for Florida Tech. Every project is approached with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. We successfully blend the various needs of challenging projects, spatial relationships, security needs, code requirements, and budgetary and schedule parameters – all while maintaining integrity of design.
