Brevard Health Alliance is a local nonprofit healthcare provider serving multiple locations throughout Brevard County. The Silver Palms Avenue facility represents the organization’s first ground-up construction project and is located at its original founding site. The approximately 9,000-square-foot, two-story clinic is designed to support a comprehensive range of services including pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, and pediatrics.

The ground floor houses the main administration offices, patient check-in, and the pharmacy point-of-sale area. Beyond a controlled access point are two behavioral health offices and a five-chair dental suite. The second floor features a spacious waiting area, fourteen pediatric exam rooms, and dedicated lab and storage spaces. Architecturally, the building reflects a West Indies style, incorporating a blend of pitched and flat roof forms, simulated lap siding, stone accents, and decorative shutters.
