Mertens Marine Center

This 3,365 square foot Ocean Engineering and Marine Sciences Research building for Florida Tech is under construction across from the Chart House. The location of this space is divine with river front views of dolphin swimming in the bay.  The design includes an entry area with custom display cases, meeting rooms and office space, a wet laboratory, field prep area, breakroom and laundry room, as well as bathrooms, storage and mechanical room spaces.
