The main entry sits adjacent to the tower shielded from the weather by a low-profile concrete canopy. The stair is also a focus of the interior. Visible from all spaces, it helps delineate the dining area. The stairs slender steel structure lends transparency, allowing light from the stair tower to flood the interior. The living room opens onto a covered outdoor space that includes a pool and detached guest quarters.
