The Trident Residence is a mixed-use, commercial and residential complex located in Satellite Beach, Florida’s commercial district along A1A.  The development offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and features three commercial spaces on the east side of the ground floor, along with two lobbies, a parking garage, a gym, and a pool. Floors 2 through 6 contain a combination of 2 and 3-bedroom units, all designed in the same layout. The 7th floor includes a selection of penthouse units, a club room, and a storage area. The building is designed in the British West Indies architectural style, showcasing a pitched roof, Bahama shutters, and lap siding.
