Wave Village

Wave Village short-term rental is a mixed-use multi-family complex consisting of 3 buildings with retail space on the ground floor and residential use on the 4 floors above. The two primary buildings are connected with a breezeway and create a courtyard space with recreational amenities for the complex. The detached building features parking on the first floor, with residential units on floors two thru six. The project is currently under site plan review with the City of Cape Canaveral.
