This one story British West Indies home in Indian River Shores is located on a quiet street with beach access off of A1A.  The entry is open to the house yet private allowing only views towards the rear courtyard patio.  The house is divided by the entry with guest quarters west of it and main living area and owner’s suite to the east.  The owners’ interior color palette is a mixture of clean neutral whites with warm natural wood tones and calming shades of green and blue. Another feature this home has is an RV garage.  The shape and size of the lot was a bit challenging but angling the garage and setting it back helped it blend in.
