JP Donovan

JP Donovan Construction is a general contracting firm specializing in Aerospace, Heavy Civil and Marine Construction. MelD Studio Architecture worked with MK Structural, Creative by Design, and Pilo Engineering to design an expansion to their existing manufacturing and office space. The expansion will connect to their existing facility and will include 11,500 square feet of manufacturing and machining space and 7,000 square feet of office space. Both spaces will be constructed using a pre-manufactured metal building. The front façade of the building will have a modern architectural style. It will feature large expanses of storefront glass and will incorporate metal building panels and stucco. The conditioned manufacturing space will include bridge crane, machining equipment and new facilities for the employees.
