The 3-story modern Dutch West Indies inspired residence overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, Indian River Lagoon and Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge. The house is organized with the guest rooms and hangout space on the ground floor, main living area on the 2nd floor, and the 3rd floor is devoted entirely to the Owner’s Suite. The ground floor features three guest rooms with en suite bathrooms, a hangout room adjacent to a large outdoor living area, and 3-car garage. As you make your way up the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor, it opens onto a large living room space that has views to the river, wildlife refuge, and ocean. Adjacent to the living area is a large kitchen with walk-in pantry and dining room area. The 2nd floor also features two large outdoor spaces off the living room and dining room. The 3rd floor is made up entirely of the Owner’s suite and includes two walk-in closets, en suite bathroom and large balcony. The bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling and picture windows with views to the Atlantic Ocean. The Owner’s bathroom features a free-standing tub, large walk-in shower and split vanities.
